- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 2 cups (192g) almond flour
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the almond flour, almond extract, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Do not overbake.
