This creamy Cantaloupe Smoothie is a vibrant, sun-drenched breakfast in a glass. Combining the mellow sweetness of ripe musk melon with tangy orange juice and silky vanilla yogurt, it is a nutrient-dense way to start your day or cool down on a hot afternoon.

Ingredients

Vanilla yogurt – 1 cup

Orange juice – 1/2 cup

Sliced cantaloupe – 1/2 cup

Ice cubes – 4 cubes

Instructions

Add the liquid ingredients (yogurt and orange juice) to your blender first to ensure a smooth vortex.

Place the sliced cantaloupe and the ice cubes on top of the liquids.

Secure the lid and process on a high-speed setting for approximately 30 seconds.

Stop the blender once the mixture is vibrant orange and no ice chunks remain.

Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Notes
