Immaculate Baking Company Cinnamon Rolls – 1 can (5 count)
Green gel food coloring – 4–5 drops
Rainbow sprinkles – 2 tbsp
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a round baking pan or line a sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cinnamon rolls in the pan according to package directions. Set the included icing container to the side.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
While the rolls are baking, open the icing container and add 4-5 drops of green gel food coloring. Stir vigorously until the color is uniform and no white streaks remain.
Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for 5-10 minutes. This prevents the icing from melting off completely.
Generously spread the green icing over the tops of the rolls.
Immediately garnish with rainbow sprinkles while the icing is still tacky.
• Use gel food coloring rather than liquid for a more vibrant green without thinning the icing.
• For softer rolls, bake them close together in a round cake pan so they touch.
• If you prefer ‘extra’ icing, mix the provided cup with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of milk before dyeing.
