2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 ½ cups crushed Oreo cookies (Mint or Double Stuf)
½ cup green M&M’s
1 tbsp green sprinkles
Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper.
Microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
Spread melted semi-sweet chocolate out onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the melted chocolate. Allow this to cool for at least 5 minutes to set slightly.
Microwave white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring frequently until melted.
Carefully pour and spread the white chocolate over the Oreo layer.
Immediately sprinkle the top with M&M’s and sprinkles.
Let the bark cool completely at room temperature or in the fridge until hard.
Break into irregular pieces with a knife or your hands and serve.
