A creamy, protein-rich dessert combining Greek yogurt, whipped topping, and crushed cookies. This guilt-free snack offers a balance of sweet and tangy flavors with a crunchy-textured twist, perfect for post-workout recovery or a light treat.

Ingredients

Whipped Topping – 8 oz (softened)
Greek Yogurt – 1 cup
Vanilla Whey Protein Powder – 1/4 cup
Instant Vanilla Pudding – 1 tbsp
Cream-Filled Chocolate Cookies – 6 cookies (crushed)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened whipped topping, Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein powder, and instant vanilla pudding. Use a hand mixer to beat the mixture until it is smooth, evenly blended, and fluffy.
With a rubber spatula, gently fold in the crushed cream-filled chocolate cookies until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld and texture to set.

Notes
