A delightfully tangy and creamy cheeseball packed with dill pickle flavor, perfect for parties or a fun snack.

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese Room Temperature
  • 1 cup Dill pickle relish drained
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Grated Cheese I used colby jack
  • 2 tsp Dill weed Fresh is best

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese, dill pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
  3. Stir in the grated cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Form the mixture into a ball shape.
  5. Refrigerate the cheeseball for about 15 minutes to firm up slightly.
  6. Sprinkle the cheeseball with chopped dill weed, or roll the entire ball in dill weed for coating.
  7. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. For a firmer cheeseball, refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
Drain the dill pickle relish very well to prevent a watery cheeseball.
Fresh dill weed provides the best flavor and appearance.
For best results, chill the cheeseball for at least 15 minutes before serving.
