High Protein Post Workout Easy Berry Overnight Oats

Start your day right with these incredibly easy, high-protein overnight oats packed with creamy goodness and sweet berries, perfect for post-workout recovery.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (30g | 1.1oz)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (I used a combination of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats in a 16oz. Mason type glass jar.
  2. Add the chia seeds to the jar.
  3. Add the unflavored protein powder to the jar.
  4. Add the plain Greek yogurt to the jar.
  5. Pour in the milk of choice.
  6. Add the pure maple syrup to the jar.
  7. Add a pinch of salt to the jar.
  8. Put the lid on the jar.
  9. Shake vigorously until all ingredients are fully combined.
  10. Top with the frozen berries.
  11. Put the lid back on the jar.
  12. Refrigerate overnight (at least 6-8 hours).
  13. Stir before serving.
  14. Serve cold.

Notes

Shake the jar really well to ensure no dry clumps remain.
Adjust maple syrup to your sweetness preference.
Let the oats refrigerate for at least 8 hours for best texture.
Use a wide-mouth jar for easier mixing and eating.
