¼ cup Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
2 teaspoons Creamy Almond Butter
3 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (optional)
Additional Coconut Flour or Almond Milk (as needed)

Instructions

Combine chocolate protein powder, coconut flour, and cocoa powder in a large bowl
Stir in almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract until a sticky dough forms
Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if desired
Scoop and roll dough into 12-15 small cookies
Press into balls or flatten into rounds for desired shape
