Festive and fun no-bake treats made with salty Ritz crackers, creamy peanut butter, and colorful candy melts, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (such as Jif or Skippy)
  • 60 Ritz crackers
  • 12 oz. Wilton red candy melts
  • 12 oz. Wilton vanilla candy melts (or Ghirardelli vanilla melting wafers)
  • sprinkles red, green, and white holiday sprinkles
  • 15 Rolo candies unwrapped
  • 15 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread 2 teaspoons of peanut butter onto 30 of the crackers.
  3. Sandwich the peanut butter crackers with the remaining 30 crackers.
  4. Melt the red candy melts according to package directions until melted and smooth.
  5. Place formed cracker sandwiches on a fork.
  6. Dip each cracker sandwich in the red melted chocolate to coat.
  7. Gently tap the fork on the edge of the bowl to allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
  8. Transfer back to the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Allow the red chocolate to set slightly.
  10. Using the leftover melted red chocolate, attach one Rolo candy to the top of each ornament.
  11. Attach one mini Reese’s peanut butter cup next to the Rolo on the top of each ornament.
  12. Let the Rolo and Reese's attachments set.
  13. Melt the white vanilla candy melts according to package directions.
  14. Transfer the melted white candy to a piping bag (or a plastic bag with a snipped corner).
  15. Drizzle the white chocolate over the red cookies in a decorative pattern.
  16. Top with holiday sprinkles before the white chocolate sets.
  17. Allow to fully harden at room temperature.
  18. Alternatively, place the baking sheet in the fridge to set faster (about 10 to 15 minutes).
  19. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Use creamy, shelf-stable peanut butter for best results.
Do not overheat candy melts; follow package directions carefully.
Add sprinkles immediately after drizzling white chocolate so they stick.
Store in an airtight container for freshness.
