A delightful two-layered Christmas fudge featuring rich semi-sweet and sweet white chocolate, adorned with festive sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk divided
  • 8.5 oz white chocolate chips about 1 cup
  • 8.5 oz semi sweet chocolate chips about 1 cup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract divided
  • 2 tbsp christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Spray the lined pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Set the prepared pan aside.
  4. Place the white chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
  5. Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a separate medium bowl.
  6. Divide the sweetened condensed milk in half.
  7. Add approximately 7 oz of condensed milk to the white chocolate bowl.
  8. Add approximately 7 oz of condensed milk to the semi-sweet chocolate bowl.
  9. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments.
  10. Stir the semi-sweet chocolate mixture after each 30-second increment until melted and smooth.
  11. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the semi-sweet chocolate mixture.
  12. Stir to combine the vanilla into the semi-sweet chocolate mixture.
  13. Spread the semi-sweet chocolate mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  14. Melt the white chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments.
  15. Stir the white chocolate mixture after each 30-second increment until melted and smooth.
  16. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the white chocolate mixture.
  17. Stir to combine the vanilla into the white chocolate mixture.
  18. Mix most of the Christmas sprinkles into the white chocolate mixture.
  19. Spread the white chocolate mixture on top of the semi-sweet chocolate fudge layer.
  20. Top with extra Christmas sprinkles.
  21. Chill the fudge in the fridge for at least one hour.
  22. Slice the fudge into pieces.
  23. Enjoy your Christmas fudge.
