Ingredients

  • 10-12 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 10-12 ounces White Chocolate candy melts
  • 2 or more candy canes, crushed

Instructions

  1. Spread enough waxed paper out onto the counter to hold all of the popcorn.
  2. Place the popcorn in a bowl large enough to stir the popcorn.
  3. Melt candy disks according to package directions.
  4. Drizzle the melted candy over the popcorn.
  5. Stir to coat the popcorn evenly with chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle with half of the crushed candy canes.
  7. Stir again gently to distribute the candy canes.
  8. Spread the mixture out onto the waxed paper.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining candy cane pieces.
  10. Allow the popcorn to cool completely until the chocolate re-hardens.
  11. Store in an airtight container.

Use plain, unbuttered air-popped popcorn for best results.
Ensure candy melts are fully melted and smooth before drizzling.
Work quickly once chocolate is on the popcorn as it will start to set.
