Ingredients

Sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding mix (1.5 oz box, chocolate, vanilla, or favorite flavor)
Whey protein powder (56 g, 2 scoops, vanilla, chocolate, or peanut butter)
Fairlife skim milk or regular skim milk (3 cups)
Optional: Whipped cream and fresh berries (as desired, use dairy-free versions if needed)

Instructions

Combine the instant pudding mix, whey protein powder, and 3 cups of skim milk in a large bowl.
Whisk thoroughly until the mixture begins to thicken (2 minutes).
Divide the mixture evenly into six dessert dishes or serving cups.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until fully set.
